As a Functional Analyst at Tonic3, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment. You will play a key role in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements, ensuring clarity, traceability, and alignment with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and gather requirements, understanding business rules, processes, and objectives.
  
  

• Analyze complex problems and decompose them into clear, manageable functional requirements.
  
  

• Create and maintain detailed functional documentation, including user stories, use cases, process flows, requirements specifications, acceptance criteria.
  
  

• Interact closely with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, UI/UX) to ensure correct understanding and implementation of requirements.
  
  

• Manage changes to requirements, ensuring that scope adjustments are handled properly and impact is assessed and communicated.
  
  

• Provide functional support throughout the project lifecycle, including clarifications, issue resolution, and validations.
  
  

• Participate actively in agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Review, Retrospectives).
  
  

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Solid experience with agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Jira, and familiarity with agile tools such as Trello, Confluence.
  
  

• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex issues into precise, actionable requirements.
  
  

• Strong documentation skills: ability to produce clear, thorough functional specs and user stories.
  
  

• Effective communication abilities—both verbal and written—to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  
  

• Change management experience—capable of assessing, negotiating, and managing requirement changes.
  
  

• Strong detail orientation, ensuring functional correctness and completeness.
