Tonic3 is looking for a Creative Production / Artworker!

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Creative Production / Artworker to join our creative team supporting a major banking client.

You’ll translate design concepts into flawless final artwork across digital and print — ensuring every piece meets brand and quality standards. Most of your projects will be pre-templated and based on existing creative assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Finalise and prepare creative designs for production across print and digital formats.

• Retouch imagery, manage assets, and ensure artwork accuracy.

• Collaborate closely with designers to translate concepts into finished work.

• Ensure all outputs follow brand guidelines and legal/compliance requirements.

• Prepare and supply artwork to printers and digital channels, checking file specs.

• Version and adapt campaign assets across multiple formats.

• Maintain accurate filing and version control of artwork files.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in creative production or artwork execution

• Strong layout, typography, and technical production skills

• Great attention to detail and consistency

• Advanced English level

• Availability to work full-time from the client's offices.
