Tonic3 is looking for a Project Manager (Team Lead / Supervisor) to join our creative operations team, working with a leading client in the banking industry.

You’ll guide the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects — ensuring timelines, scope, and compliance requirements are met. Acting as the bridge between the internal agency and our offshore creative team, you’ll bring structure, accountability, and leadership to every project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

• Liaise with stakeholders to gather briefs and clarify requirements.

• Build and maintain project plans and timelines.

• Coordinate with creative, artwork, and development teams to resource work.

• Manage feedback and approvals, ensuring compliance at all stages.

• Monitor project budgets, risks, and dependencies.

• Deliver regular updates to stakeholders on project status.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience managing creative or marketing projects

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams

• Advanced English (you’ll work with international teams)
